Customer Service Specialist - PPG Industries

Your responsibilities

  • First point of contact for Customers (via mail and phone)

  • Communicate deviation on Customer expectations (availabilty, lead time)

  • Provide track and trace number for materials on route on request of the Customer

  • Create orders in SAP and release R3/R3 orders from associates

  • Create delivery notes and initial contact with Third Party warehouse

  • Registration and solving of non technical complaints/dispute handling

  • Monitor progress of open orders (progress, billing blocks, missing pod)

  • Maintain ZQM quotes

  • Create invoices (most of invoices are processed automatically)

  • Maintenance of Shipping Report in SAP

  • Provide input/topics to be discussed in the daily CS-Supply call

  • Prepare input for Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) meeting

  • Coordinate request for speed delivery with supply, getting the approvals in place

  • Coordinate return orders from Customers (create and inform TP Whs)

  • Distribution of invoices

  • Create SAP quote for existing approved prices

  • Report potential pricing mistakes

  • Make quotes outside sap for existing validated prices via customer webpage

  • Direct communication with warehouses

  • Run a Denied Party Screening (DPS) for all new partners in a transaction (ECC)

  • Correction of IC invoice

Our requirements
  • Experience of working in Customer Service, or similar process/role where dealing with the Customers

  • Russian and English are required

  • Knowledge of SAP system would be an asset

  • Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work in international environment across cultures
